About Pulaski County Court Docket

Pulaski County court dockets are divided among Superior, Juvenile, Probate, Magistrate, and Hawkinsville Municipal Court offices. Georgia has no single open statewide public case search that gathers all those records. This private reference resource helps readers identify the court that owns a case, the clerk who keeps its docket, and the official route for checking a setting or requesting a copy.

Why We Built This Site

Public access is hard when the first question is which office holds the record. Michael A. King, Clerk of Superior Court, keeps Pulaski Superior and Juvenile dockets. Probate Court maintains estates and the county's probate traffic matters. Magistrate Court keeps small claims, dispossessory, garnishment, warrant, and other limited matters. Hawkinsville Municipal Court maintains city ordinance and municipal traffic cases. Georgia Courts E-Access is a provider directory, not one statewide name-search box, and Pulaski Superior access routes to PeachCourt. Bringing those distinctions together makes it easier to start with the correct official source.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • It cannot retrieve an official docket or case file for a visitor
  • It cannot set, reset, or change a hearing date
  • It cannot seal, remove, correct, or amend a court entry
  • It cannot issue a certified docket, order, or record
  • It cannot give legal advice about a specific case
  • It cannot guarantee that a fee, address, hour, or setting has not changed

Only the clerk or court that maintains the original Pulaski County record can confirm its current contents and issue an official or certified copy.

Search Partners

Some content pages contain search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those providers control their results, prices, sign-up terms, and services. A referral fee may be earned when a tool leads to a paid sign-up, which supports free public access to the reference material. The providers' results are not controlled or certified here, and any court fact should be checked with the office that keeps the original docket.
